    A cardboard cutout of the Universe one would be better than the Armada one

    Since I don't really care about both playability and posability, I will definitely pick up Universe Hot Shot. He looks awesome!

    Ya know, I pretty much committed myself to only collecting the G1 Universe... especially in lieu of the price hikes.

    However, this one almost qualifies as an exception.

    Oh was it year 2002, when I bought that powerlinx Hotshot... I said , that was "cool.." and that Hotshot brought me alot more Transformers I have collected ever since... It might be awesome if I 'd end collecting after getting this updated version of universe Hotshot... ... :D  j/k...

    The Universe one is definitely an improvement over the original, but I'm still passing on him. I'm not a big Hot Shot fan.

    I know almost nothing about Hot Shot. Never seen him in any of the cartoons.

    He sure does look cool though! :)

    I think the new Hot Shot w/ Jolt looks better in every respect except for Universe Hot Shot's vehicle mode (well... minus the whole license plate thing). I hate when they use clear windows and they don't have a detailed interior inside, just visible robot parts. If you can't fit the detailed interior into your design, either make the windows so foggy you can't see through them or just paint them on, IMO. Plus, Uni Hot Shot's vehicle mode seems more "bubbly".
