So the reprolabels for these guys are great for someone like me who did nothing but bitch about how they veered away from toy accuracy. : P

Lots of details, some fiddly bits that had me sure I was going to tear the stickers (damn Firefly, at least they provided spares for that bit), and the wings just pop now. Favourite bits are definitely Air Raid and Skydive's arms.

BUT, toy make my vintage toy look complete - I need to fix Skydive. That orange face just doesn't do it for me. Does anyone have a Fireflight "Ox" head they're willing to part with? If I paint it black and sticker the eyes red, I reckon that will be pretty close. Happy to pay for the part and shipping.

In the meantime, here are some stickered bots, with Skydive hiding his horrible tanning job behind a paper mask.

They've got the US and Japanese actors for stickers on all the limb bots (Rob Paulsen II is on Slingshot for his double booking) and they're pretty bloody great. They didn't make them for Silverbolt, though. Dang.

 

Good lord make a box set already please.

Just finished to apply the Reprolabels kit for Kronos. I have to say that now he is very cool. The only thing that I haven't used are the golden stripes for the side windows on Silverbolt.

I normally don't like stickers at all. On Transformers or LEGO or anything. Never have. But that...that looks incredible.

 

Looks very toy. Like the almost Voltron sticker in the middle. How do the bot/planes look?

 

Before combine Superion I have transformed them just to see how they are: Air Raid, Firefly and Skydive are very cool, the stickers are a must, especially for the wings. I haven't used the golden windows stickers for Silverbolt, I don't like them. About Slingshot what I can say... cool but not at the same level for the others, the wing stickers are IMHO too big.
For the single robot mode they are awesome, even if they are a little bit harder to place, because, for example, the stickers for the translucent chest parts and knees are separated.
A cool thing is that there are 3 different colors for the visor on both Superion heads: blue, red and golden.

 

ZT doesn’t use metal on their figures, right?
Do the stickers rub during transformation?

 

There is metal just on the feet for the combined mode, to improve his stability. I don't think the stickers rub. I purchased a bunch of Toyhax sets in my life, maybe this set is the best I have never seen.

Not anywhere I've seen. They're pretty much all on outward facing surfaces, and not in areas that scrape. My only possible worry is the wings where they might fold up a little at the edges, but we'll see. I was so paranoid about them I must've cleaned and rubbed them down to all hell.

Yep! Not sure I'll get chance tonight, or even tomorrow, but I fully intend to have this in combiner mode before I head to work on Monday.

I'll post some pictures with Bruticon and FT Phoenix, and possibly MP44 for good measure, once I'm done
