I like that roboto. I don't know how accurate that is b/c I never owned the figure in the 80's, but it looks ok to me. Cobalt Skeletor is a zero. I cannot recall anytime he ever looked that dark/saturated.

Roboto is pretty much perfect in blue. The only hang up being the "gears" printed on his chest. But that's as close as we'll get to the working one's inside the original toy.

But it seems Roboto in orange is another comic variant:
    page026_full.jpg
Same as Tri-Klops for the wave.
    As for Skeletor, India:

I actually like it. I have wanted a more distinct Demon to go along the Red Beastman.

So we're already on international variants for repaints now? Oy vey.

IDK, the later non-Texeira comics are just lazy. I'm sure the colors weren't set in stone when the comic was created, thus they don't always match the toy as released, but it's hard to take those seriously. My head-canon is odd though, as I love the early Texeira minicomics, and the later minicomics are completely forgettable. The quality difference is stark. Based on the Roboto page you posted, we'll probably be getting flesh-colored mustache Duncan soon, hahahaha.

No, we got mustache-less Duncan in those sets, not the same as a flesh-colored molded mustache.

So it seems that Winterfell is only available in Europe.

    Why?
Because of "low demand in NA".

Amazon sells through Amazon UK but mine arrived by way of Australian post.

I know Amazon, BBTS, EE.com and ToyWiz all had it listed originally but I believe none ever had their orders filled.

I can't recall if Mexico saw the set.

Yeah, I was just trying to provide what marginal information I had. Like I said, it's a sale through Amazon UK but I think even they are getting their inventory from Australia.

Hell yeah! Two packages arrived today - one is my replacement Battle Cat (MiA for a 7 weeks due to 2 left-rear legs).
The other is Flocked Panthor (and that other guy, but who cares about _him_?)
Forgive my enthusiasm, but he's fricking awesome!

Flocking is a little compressed under the saddle, and a touch on his nose (three packages, all three squashed over the face!).

DSC03586_sm.JPG The flocking is darker, and truer to the colour I remember. Hides all the faux-fur details, but I don't think over-does it.

    DSC03587_sm.JPG His eyes are green!

DSC03594_sm.JPG Skeletor isn't too notable - his chest harness thing is the same sparkly purple as the Grayskull version.

Ankle ball joints aren't flocked and stand out, but I don't notice from any kind of distance.

Nice. I don't know how I'd display two Panthors, though.
I like the pic where Battle Cat is play bowing like a dog.

Thanks. I was aiming for his "change to Battle Cat pose", but in this context, it translated differently :)

mmm... you should see the one closest to me. All my friends call it the "3rd world Walmart" of Edmonton. Nothing to envy, trust me. Although it's the only Walmart I've ever seen with an escalator, as you might expect, it's broken about 2 months in 3.

Found the newest blind bags at a Kroger this afternoon. Was a full case even save the ship build. Never knew those were so popular.

Also found a red Hunter from the heroes line. Must've been in the back room with some others from that wave.

This made my day a little better - a find at TRU yesterday:
    DSC03602_sm.JPG unnamed.jpg

Cancelled my Amazon preorder for the Battle Ram.
They also had the Halo helmets, but already only a couple left in the box.

I had hoped that the alien queen would be a discounted set eventually because the ability to customize the basic frame is limitless.
