Another Encore release? What is “Returns Convoy?”

 

Hmm, wonder if that encore line will be an all optimus prime line? Or figures released after he came back from the dead?

Star Convoy has been reissued previously but not under Encore series. So I hope that Takara will reissue either Grandus or Sky Garry, that will be cool

 

Oh okay, cool. I do have the last reissue from years ago actually. I wouldn’t mind getting this one though. Especially if all the stickers are replaced with paint/tampographs.

I’d love to see those others reissued as well. Especially with their Micromaster compatibility working with the current mainline gimmick of Titan and Prime Masters. Not to mention the rumored return of Micromasters for next year.

Is that air attack figure the same mold we got as yot monkey exclusive recently?

Edit: yup, looks like it. I wish the encore line released some smaller figures, they just seem to be releasing large, expensive ones...

 

I'm surprised TakaraTomy chose something from BW Returns (BM) for an Encore release. I was under the impression that BW Returns wasn't all that popular in Japan.

After the debacle of their last Encore release, I thought they would have gone with something more sought after to try to bring people back to the line.

 

I've always wanted a Star Convoy, so i hope this is actually what this is... the very little amount of info we have is somewhat nonspecific.

EDIT: Yup, it is air attack primal.

 

Not better for me. Air Attack Primal I already have. (I even bought the YOTM release because reasons.) So my interest level just dropped to zero. Reissue Star Convoy, Takara!
