3rd party, unknown at this time I guess, mp Springer, 8.5", called Saltus

Mods pls delete, update if thread exists already, and title too, I haven't kept up with all the threads. Saw this on TF Upgrader on Facebook this morning. Where is Daimchoc?

 

So this is now #5 in the Springer game, yes?

 

I don't know man, or is it 4th?

 

The proportions look great. However, just renders..... New company, first product. And not easy to pull off a triple changer. This will make or break this company.

 

FansToys, Toyworld, Unique Toys, OpenPlay, and now this...yup 5 Springers.

 

so this is not openplays?

5 springers? by most people's reconning must mean a takara mp springer is on the way lol

 

I dont think it's openplay's. Theirs had notches or something like that on the top front of the chest in the headshot pic. These are smoother across the top of the chest.

 

Nice figure, it's just not Sunbow accurate nice....pass!

So 2 new 3rd party Springers, on top of the FT / UT / TW? And other than UT and FT, who will actually bring them to the production stage? I mean I have seen a lot of prototypes from TW for the MP line, and no releases at all. And many renders from new companies don't make it to production or takes years. Maybe they are gauging interest?

 

The rumors said this was from a designer from Brazil, the design is not complete, no inside structure in the design.

 

So far I like this one best. Hopefully it turns out well.

 

Looks pretty good, car looks nice although its not as accurate as the other modes with the toon. If its cheaper than mp, might get it as a stand alone.

 

That car looks like the bat mobile.

 

I haven't seen one yet that will replace my Generations Springer.

 

For a render, this looks pretty good honestly. I think his shoulders and chest are a bit too big and his...grill or w/e is too narrow. Proportions seem solid and the alt modes look decent.

Seems like it's a long way off though. Also the name implies someome new to the game, and I don't think I'm the person to roll the dice on a new company in this case. We'll see if he makes it into the world and what people think if/when it does.

 

I like the name, it sounds much better than....allen

 

Really nice design. I love how this and Open Play's car modes bring the back wheels in line with the front wheels. Not accurate, but looks wayy better that way.

 

If this New company can pull this off they could be the next big dog in the game. A triple changer for their 1st release...now thats brave!

 

The Grill needs to be bigger. That wide grill is a main focal point of springer.
