I think the "whining" is warranted. I can understand if it was just a few cases here and there, but it's a lot of people talking about the SAME exact thing. That isn't whining, imo. It's a flaw in the production process or the design.

My Sideswipe's upper torso doesn't snap into the lower body tightly. It's just snug enough to keep it from flopping around. BUT...if I move the arms up or down without holding the chest down, it pops out. Very annoying.
