My favorite transformer of all has got to be Prowl. That being said, I want to try and find as many different variants of him (aside from the beast wars, and the blue jeep/truck looking thing). Currently I have a C9 G1 prowl, sans weapons, and an as yet unknown condition RID prowl (white). Add a WST Prowl I just bought a moment ago. I want others. whaddya got?

is there a difference between the Alternators and Binaltech?? just curious

 

Binaltech Prowl is metal and plastic, Alternators is just plastic.

 

ahh...so binaltech is much $$$$ and Alternators are less $$. gotcha. think i'll stick with the alternators for now folks. my wife is already irked at my ebay habit as it is! hehe

 

well, there's classics universe Prowl coming out in six months as is Animated Prowl. Machine wars prowl and i'm pretty sure there are others out there including several reissues

 

Alt Prowl and BT Prowl have a few differences. First I guess, is that there are TWO BT Prowls a traditional Police Deco, with JP lettering and then there is the Blue Prowl. Aside from that I beleive the Alt and BTs have different spoilers

 

You may know this, but regarding the Alt/Binaltech Prowl, you can do a head switch with BT Alert and use some reprolabels to make a much more G1-accurate Prowl (and use the left-overs for a more G1-accurate Red Alert). I swapped the Alt Prowl with the BT Alert and I'm pleased with the result.

Is the energon prowl blue or black and white? I have seen two different versions.

I appreciate all your reponses. I think for now I just want to gather myself an alternators Prowl ((Legit...not KO)) or two....white...not blue (thats the binaltech?) I cannot afford the binaltechs these days, especially after my latest eBay run.
