So it IS coming with the DNA upgrade kit.

Now all I need to see is a side by side comparison with DOTM Leader Ironhide before I make my final decision.

 

Not sure if i want to buy this one to replace my leader, or wait for the Black Apple one instead. Another option would be to get the BmB while i'm waiting for the BA KO.

 

That's what I'm doing.

It's been 10 months since the gray prototype of Black Apple Prime was shown and it's not out yet so we may be in for a long wait for his Ironhide.

Black Mamba will scratch the itch for now, then be wished the best in his future endeavours when BA drops.

Carbot scale he would be 24 cms tall (At 17 cms Bee is in 1/28 scale with the 16ft Bee of the movie. The formula is to covert the height in feet to cms, in this case 22 feet, and then divide it by the selected scale, in this case 28, and the result is the height of the scaled figure. For Ironhide that result is 23.95, which is pretty much 24 cms tall)
And BMB's Ironhide will supposedly be 25 while WJ/BA's will be 23 cms.

It actually isn’t, given that kit isn’t out yet, and their pics show the shoulders and all drooping. Unless of course you to are talking about the BA one in which case: talk about it in its thread.

Given it doesn’t have the dna kit that fixes it, and even the official black mamba pics have them drooping... looks like a no. If anything, they might have added weight to the arms which makes it worse.

He's really not a bad looking figure, but with BA's modified one coming out, I unfortunately can't see this guy fairing too well
