Isn't there a thread already about the sensor? Does we really two entire threads about one piece of shit?

they also came out with the wiimote for the gamecube so what, they are rehashing ideas that were a bit ahead of thier time. i'm sure if the car companies did this they would have a real cash cow to milk......old cars w/a new flare to make them more marketable........

But they wern't ahead of their time, they were using old technology just applied it to a medium that hasn't had it fully explored on it before.

it was ahead of it's time, they created, sold and marketed it in a time when it wouldn't sell well. kinda like the dreamcast having online play something people wern't interested in. by definition that is "ahead of it's time"

and i'm sure nintendo is the only company in history to do this, my point is just because they are rehasing old ideas means nothing, it didn't sell that well back then, but now, it probebly will. but by the same token it is also thier own idea, not someone elses, if they were using somoene elses idea i could see someone dogging them for it but it's not. they have good reason to think it will sell well now, so why not try it agian

You're right. They must have thought, "Hey we made a machine that hardly has any games worth playing, and we're selling billions. How else can we trounce our competition with things that don't entertain?"

And we wonder why Sega failed. That is fricken confusing! Playing Eternal Champions would be impossible on that!

Yeah I was thinking about that. Eternal Champions and Mortal Kombat required you to press forward and up to jump at the person. How the hell would you do that if you only had the ability to indicate up and right, and the B button was in between them.
