    Oh, and he really seems genuinely invested this time around. His care-free, almost dismissive attitude on certain aspects of production is as far as I can tell completely gone for this movie, he seems really serious.

    My household definitely does not hate Bay my wife's favorite movie is Armageddon and I loved the Rock & Bad Boys movies. I just don't like his vision of Transformers, with that said I don't hate the movies I just don't like how they look.

    Glad to hear this. Black Hawk Down is one of the most realistic/prolific depiction of modern warfare to date(not to mention one of my favorite flicks of all time). Thats a lot to live up to,but im all for it!

    I do hate him and also accept that he's full of shit. But I give him props for batting 1.000, going 3 for 3 in making horrendous pieces of crap. After the first one I said they couldn't get any worse but he managed to prove me wrong and I'm sure he will again.

    I'm pretty sure he had nothing but good things to say about ROTF when he was talking it before release. What's to indicate that DOTM won't follow suit? Hype it now, admit it sucks later once the box office money is in.

    I have to admit, I do get a more-than-healthy amount of satisfaction when Bay has to repeatedly and publicly lick the wounds left by the critical response to ROTF.

    like the first, hated the second, waiting for the third...hopefully it will be great but wont count on it.
