    I always thought that Megatron looked a little like an Evil Morgan Freeman. Optimus... well, all you really have to go off of are his eyes, and since those are just static polygons with no emotion, I guess all you have is the voice.

    Starscream always struck me as Joan Rivers-ish. (Seriously, if you look at the two side-by-side, you'll see what I mean.)

    Gin Ichimaru (or Ichimaru Gin) is a primary antagonist form the Anime and Manga Series Bleach by Tite Kubo.

    Heh heh... Michael Wincott is one of my favourite screen villains. However, I don't quite see him as Starscream... not "bishy" enough, and while both have distinctive voices, Wincott sounds like he smokes 10 packs a day, and gargles with ground glass.

    Though he does play a remarkably Starscream-like character against Gerard Depardieu's Megatron (er, Columbus) in Ridley Scott's 1492: Conquest of Paradise. :)

    Watching a classic on DVD last night, Seven, it hit me when it got to the part after discovering the finger prints "help me". Brad Pitt asks Morgan Freeman's character if he's ever seen snything like this. Hot Rod's question to Kup at the sight of Unicron came to mind.

    Whenever I watched the 1986 Movie, I always accosiated the characters with their voice actors (the ones I knew the faces of). I can't think of Ultra Magnus without imagining Robert Stack, Hot Rod=Judd Nelson, Lionel Stander=Kup, or Peter Cullen/Gary Chalk=Optimus Prime. But now, I'm imagining Tyrese Gibson as G1 Jazz in the IDW-Universe for some reason.
