Well heres a bash of it for ya. Man, after I did this and put em side by side I was just like..."Wow, its like he looks less sick or something." I think it really makes a difference. All the colors should be more accurate now. I even redid the face and green parts to be closer.

p.s. I actually did do a version where I made the two circles on his waist white, but I don't remember it being in the toon like that so I just chose to post this version.

I just looked up screencaps and the character model and was surprised to see some are indeed that orange. That said I feel the digibash took it to far. Yellow with a touch of orange just looks better to me.

The green and grey do look better in the digibash though.

 

I think it depends on the episodes you liked. I think I was watching Ultimate Doom part 1 or A Plague of Insecticons when I did the orange. I had done the orange for a prior post, and we were talking about yellow or orange. I liked the orange, so I just took that and redid the face, green, and grey bits for this post.

 

Wow. I just canceled my FT Brawn preorder in hopes that they will eventually repaint closer to what you did.

This bot can't get released soon enough for me. Brawn was on of my favs from the G1 S1 toon.

I much prefer your digibash, but could you make the helm darker too, either darker grey or darker steel?

I actually see no other metallic color than the helm on the body...
