Well with the new thighs supposed to be 23.5ish to the top of the head, so like 26-27ish for wings? i think his wing span and body span will be too wide for the detolf, im in the same situation.

 

Thank you. I just bought a new shelving unit and I thought the default setup would be enough, then I measured it and it was only 22"... so not enough. Going to go home and lower some shelves. I was thinking 30" would be enough with some room.
Hard to believe the top shelf needs to be lowered another 8"

 

Yeah the width of the wings at the top may be the most restricting part for fitment in a cabinet.

I switched to a pax display system given limitations in posing (even with my double detolfs)... that said, I may still be limited with the 22 7/8th depth... not to mention that I have yet to devise way to get him into house without wife catching me

. They are retail shelves of some kind. I was told they came from a stationary store like hallmark. They haven't been used in years. The glass shelves were wrapped in newspaper from 1994. I picked up the two of them last Saturday from a Craigslist ad. $250 for both. I made a post about them in the not detolf display thread last week. Though I have since moved them, added a few more bots, adjusted some shelves and just finished making the marquees tonight  

BTW. That's now a 30" shelf space for Omega to stand behind my MP Prime. He's going to be huge.

Yup. Glass on all sides. Shelves are 3/8 thick glass. The glass doors have a keyed lock and have full weather stripping to keep the dust out. The lights are also very good. The mirrored bottom reflects the light back up so everything is evenly lit. They are hooked up to wireless remote. The dimensions of the case are 30"wide 18"deep and 75" tall. They are honestly the best display cases I have seen. Absolutely perfect for my collection.
