I vaguely remember seeing someone show both Primals together. MP is just a tad-or-so taller than Kingdom, so you could probably get away with fudging him in. But MP Dinobot is most likely taller than Kingdom Megatron and wouldn't work.

 

That's why I'm hoping for a picture because if dinobot is only half a head or 2/3 of a head taller than kingdom megs ill stick to the mp dinobot, I actually don't like voyager dinobots chest

 

If it's not broken out of the box it won't break later. A very few figures had a mis-assembly inside the ratchet joint. I wouldn't worry about it as there's only been a handful of reports.

There was never an exploding crotch issue. It was improperly assembled pre-release copies (and the very odd post-release ones, as the problem was the posts on the hip swivels not being screwed in all the way and colliding inside) and there was nothing to fix. The KO actually introduced more issues because, well, it was a KO. (and completely ruined the best mode with translucent eyes and cheap paint)

Even the few reports of breakages weren't "exploding." The front would crack, either partway or all the way through because it was under pressure, it never "exploded."
