I just started playing video games about 5 months ago, so I'd like to say that that contributes to why I'm so bad, but holy crap, I SUCK. I Usually get 1-5 kills a game, sometimes none. I was just wondering if anyone else is bad at multiplayer.

 

I can't play WFC these days due to the Leaders and glitchers.

 

When I play War for Cybertron multi player I get owned. But, if its Fall of Cybertron it took me a while, but I can hold my own. Just practice, that's the only way to get good. And play a lot.

 

Yeah, you just have to put the time in.
Go thru the campaign on hard. That is some good training. Then practice on Escalation.
Also try different button load outs, you may find something more comfortable.

 

Im pretty good actually. Im the type that hits and run on people. My greayest disadvantage is that im not good when im landlocked.

 

I was never really good. In the case of WFC, I cannot play at all because every time I spawn a Leader hits me with the P.O.K.E., whether I mean the killstreak or not is up to you to decide.
In FOC I get a fair K/D ratio, but I do still get beaten to the point of ragequit, be it literally, or just people being idiots. In FOC, I only ever do REALLY good when my teammates aren't utter morons.

 

-Don't try to play carefully or hide!
-Play as aggressive as you can and shoot, shoot, shoot!!!
-Move!!! Who stands still dies! Use jump and dash (FOC) or double jump (WFC)!
-Get the energon recharger (FOC) or the overshields (WFC)!
-Know the maps and where energon cubes are!
-Use melee!
-Practice!!!!

Tips from someone who has K/D of about 25.000/10.000 (WFC) and 4.200/1.400 (FOC).

 

I get either 7 kills or 18 depending on the match and my teammates. I guess I'm average, but i still get my ass handed to me by those damn prime-mode idiots overusing Shockwave(who I personally think is overpowered)

 

Well its a good idea to play carefully when low on health or playing as a scientist.

 

I personally prefer WFC, mostly because I can actually play it. I am still trying to figure out how I can play FOC without getting disconnected.

 

Me; Ah lets see here, that flag is protected by three maxed out Titans, two Scientists with turrets and five destroyers and me as a Infiltrator with my ability recharging...what the heck.

*Reloads gun and starts charging*

Me; AUUUTOOOOOBOTICOOOONN!!!!!!!!!

 

The biggest problem i have is these unbalanced teams.
I'll be doing my best & keep getting slaughtered only to find out at the end of the match, we were not only outnumbered but all the Prime-timers were all on the other side.

 

I use to think I was bad at FOC Multiplayer, but then I got a 13 Kill Streak with a Subsonic Repeater.

 

Were all horrible at multiplayer in our own ways  

 

Yeah, Scatter Blaster is the better weapon, but I just like that little
machine gun.
I use it all the time, just switchin to Path Blaster when opponent is tooooo far away!
I don't like usin the strongest weapon, i use what i have fun with.
Not like all these bunny hoppin Titans with their Slime Cannons...

 

This is the case for Destroyers or Titans, however, stealth has saved me on many occasions as an Infiltrator, and, however I have yet to master this, amazing escape skills has made me hate playing against Scientists.

I remember 1% of the details, but I recall at one point stealthily staying still in the shadows. or behind a pillar, while cloaked in order to stay alive. Many times I have evaded fatal battles by cloaking and then slowly sneaking away. Or cloaking and transforming and frantically racing away.

 

i stopped using cloak as soon as the grenade became available.

 

But that's the point. Where you hide and only try to stay alive, I go for the next kill.

I've already killed titans while I was on 5(!!!!) health with my infiltrator....

If you always run for energon when you get a scratch, you won't get much kills.

 

For some reason the grenade never works for me so I always go with cloaking.
