    I've heard a lot of good things and some bad things about First Class, but I haven't seen the movie myself.
    Since everyone keeps saying it's the best X-Men movie yet, maybe I should give it a shot.

    First Class was great so I'd totally see this. So should we be expecting Bishop and Cable to appear in this as well as the Sentinels?

    I went in with mediocre expectations, after The Last Stand and Wolverine. I was blown away. Is it my favorite Marvel movie? No. Is it close? Yes. And it IS my favorite X-Men movie now.

    Personally, first class was better than any of the previous turds associated with x-men. Magneto's scene's alone make the movie worth watching and he's a total bad ass in it. Can't wait for this sequel!

    Yes and no. I was happy with the Sentinel head showing up but sad because we never get to see them in action. T.T If there are Sentinels in the new X-men movie then I will be a REALLY happy duck. :D

    it would be cool if they have wolverine and they are able to give him his mask.

    Never really watched the other X-Men films, but I saw and loved First Class, so this is great news for me.

    Cable is not going to appear as he belongs to Marvel and not Fox, unless he is the same deal like Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch with both studios having equal use.

    I thought Fox had all of the X-mutants. Not sure who the likes of Namor would belong to, but I'd guess Marvel as part of the Avengers Universe.


    Yeah. As good as a lot of the Marvel movies are, they always seem to want to stray away from the masks and helmets whenever possible. That really concerns me when it comes to the Deadpool movie.

    So could this act as a First Class sequel AND a sequel to the original X-Men trilogy? If so then I'm definitely interested.

    That's what it sounds like to me. I think they're taking the J.J. Abrams Star Trek movie route and actually explaining why there is continuity issues via alternate timelines and such.

    If that's the case this movie definitely has some major potential. Let's hope they don't screw up.

    That would be good. It would allow them to later use characters like Scott, without having to reference/acknowledge his part in Wolverine with Patrick Stewart Xavier.

    Just as long as they recast most of the major cast of the original Trilogy, I'm ok with them shoe-horning it into the same Universe.

    The only actors I'd like to see reprise their roles are Hugh Jackman and Ellen Paige.

    also, I wanna see Genosha at some point, maybe not in the second one but the third one for sure, you think the deadpool movie that's kinda sorta in production will be in the first series universe or the new series universe?
