Can we see the pistol alone, from most of the pics I have seen looks like it's molded in his hand.

Looks all sorts of win, and definitely one of the better Bumblebee figures we've seen in a while. Dig the weaponry and articulation! Alt mode is rather slick too.

Red Alert, do you like this figure better than WFC Optimus Prime?

 

I love the look of the figure, but him being taller than WFC Prime bugs the hell out of me.

 

Well isn't prime supposed to be just another bot in this one? He doesn't have thematrix enhanced body does he?

Bumblebee isn't supposed to be a minibot wither, I know he is supposed to be a spy but he's just normal sized.

And as far as the movieverse, I think movie Bumblebee is anything but quiet, he is a deluge of beeps and clicks.

 

1. No, but he towers over Bumblebee in the actual game, so the fact the two are close to the same size in real life is a problem for some.

2. Bumblebee is usually the "kid brother" of the team, so he's usually the small one. This applies to Animated BB as well, since he was litteraly the kid of the team. His small size also seems to be intended to aid his "spy" abilities (because trying to be out of sight when you're covered in yellow is not easy, as his bio mentions).

3. When did Movie BB get brought up? This is about WfC BB, who is clearly based off of G1 BB.

 

Right now the answer is yes.The engineering compared to prime is so much better.


Prime would have been so much better as a voyager(obviously wasn't an option with the new line).I do love Prime a lot though.

 

His bio says that he becomes mute, which of course is the distinctive feature of Movieverse Bumblebee.

But Hasbro is trying to create an amalgam continuity to serve as a launching point for non-movie related works to come, so the mute characteristic is also supposed to be a feature of Bumblebee in Transformers: Prime.

 

protip: someone can be "silent" without being mute.

its nice!, but i hopr the british fans relize that ares wont have all that info on the back, we'll just hav an inch in english and the rest will be a load of stupid foreign stuff.

I'm not totally sure I see why it's so "obvious". yes, it can be taken that way, but it doesn't rule out the idea of WfC-verse 'bee as someone who goes from motormouth to understanding the value of shutting up and getting the job done.
