i will back this up. for these guys, who live the cushy life, being thrown into less than desirable life standards is suffering, death is actually the easier way out. edit: lol, pears. im not getting respect from my pears! the apples and oranges, theyre okay.
Yeah, the funny thing about modern day China is that those "people" who were executed were probably deemed "damaging" the nation's reputation and were need to make an example of...as smkspy mentioned...they're still commies. I get where you're coming from but sometimes, to some folks the shame can be too great to bear....even if the govt. doesn't execute him. Anyway, in no way do I support suicide or anything. Asian society isn't forgiving to those who have lost their rep. or social society.
