The less children in the series the better. I hated most of the Armada Kids, except maybe Rad and Alexis, especially that fat whiny one (Fred?). I wonder who was smoking what, when they came up with that character. Did anyone like that character? That was the kid I most wanted to get stepped on by Megatron.

I thought G1 did it right...Spike, Sparkplug and Carly were useful (So was Chip, but that pushed the bounderies of ridiculousness) and gave kids a human point of view, but everything still revolved around the actual robots. I didn't watch any of Energon and maybe three episodes of Cybertron, but I saw quite a bit of Armada and the kids pretty much made the show unwatchable.

If it is really being produced by Cartoon Network, it'll have kids in it...

The Cybertron kids were great. Energon was tolerable since it was essentially just Kicker and he managed to be useful sometimes even though it felt shoehorned in. Armada kids sucked.

If that happened, I'd call for a riot in front of the Cartoon Network offices.

I say screw the damn cartoon kids all together. Instead, put a competent, responsible, useful adult or two in there a la Sparkplug. Out of all the human characters in all of the continuities, he's my favorite overall mainly because he's not an annoying git and he came in handy.

I doubt there are many fans that will disagree with that one.

I think kids or any other humans are important to the transformers series because if you think about if the Autobots are battling the Decepticons on earth. The Autobots or Decepitcons are bound to run into human contact and the Autobots would want make friends with them and the Decepticons might want to use humans to find resources for them such as energy. Just like G1 yes they had Spike and others but the world new about the Autobots and the Decepticons.

Not only get rid of the kids, but get rid of the whole ******ed Pokemon feel that Transformers has had since Beast Machines ended. What with the whole yelling out whatever thing you're about to do, and subjecting the viewer to a good minute of watching it slowly happen in front of some insane background that has nothing to do with where they actually are in the story. I guess it would be nice if they stopped the whole feel of every episode being a 30 minute commercial. I realize that's what it is, but G1, BW, BM didn't have that feel nearly as much.

In short; stop letting the Japanese make the series, because they all end up like Pokemon.

I just though of a wicked cool idea. What if the series took a totally different approach and have the humans finally build their own technology to kick the buts out of both the decepticons and autobots. Don't you think the governments of the world are getting sick and tired of the Transformers screwing up their world. Something, like Voltron/Robotech or something. They build the ultimate weapon/s to destroy the Transformers once and for all. Now instead of the traditional Autobots vs Decepticons plot, you have Deceptions vs Humans vs Autobots. I think it would be kinda of cool and fresh.

The story could in a sense still show Autobots in a better light than humanity. The humans just want to kill all the Transformers (Because they really can't tell the difference), the Decepticons want to Kill both Autobots and now humans. The Autobots still want to protect the humans from the Decepticons, but are forced into protecting themselves from the humans too. Cool cyclic style story.

Plot points could even involve a human task force to destroy Cybertron.

Just Spike, and the occasional scene with Prime knocking him out with a basketball pass.
