The highway chase leading in to the mexican standoff is the most amazing thing ive ever seen. Absolutely loved it

I would have to say skids and mudflap vs devasator sike just kidding. For me it would be forest scene. But 1v1 it be bumblebee vs soundwave.

 

Does the Highway chase count? Because DOTM didn't really have many actual 1 on 1 fights when you really think about it

 

Forest fight

 

The Forest Fight, followed by Optimus, Megatron, the Autobots, and the humans versus Sentinel all at once.

Then of course Autobots versus Decepticons in Chicago, in the scene where Prime swoops in and decimates the Decepticons and Shockwave.

 

I would have to say Bumblebee verus Rampage and Ravage. (As Sam is cheering from the sidelines "Kill 'em Bee Kill 'em) We get to see a different side of Bumblebee getting more viscious ripping Ravage's spinal cord out and ripping the arms off of Rampage. Bumblebee took it up another level and in a way it's character development (or as close to character development we are going to get in a Bay movie) so that's why I chose that one. Getting more viscious and more explosions is Bay's way of character development.

 

Forest Battle

 

one of my fave parts of the final assualt on the decepticons was when the human snipers started taking out the cons eyes. that was epic, and it showed the the humans were just as much of a threat as the bots.

It's still the forest battle. It's the "pleasure" part of the guilty pleasure of RotF. Good length, clear stakes, creative choreography, great dialogue (that arguably sets up the whole central conflict of the sequel).

Then Optimus, Ratchet, Bumblebee and Sideswipe vs Sentinel. That scene is terrific.

yes! that slo-mo of prime front-flipping and megatron back-flipping was just awesome!

 

My absolute favorite has to actually be the highway chase that ends with the NEST base fight before Sentinel's betrayal.

The forest fight in ROTF was visually awesome, but I love the team fights and we got so little of them in this trilogy - Mission City would likely be my next choice above the forest fight for that reason.

I like to see multiple Autobots fighting, not just Prime by himself kicking ass, so the highwaychase /dread fight at NEST had the fangirl part of me squeeing so loudly in my head that I doubt I could hear myself think. Bumblebee transforming with Sam, Sideswipe & Ironhide teaming up against the dreads, Ironhide's head on collision with them.

If only the whole movie had been that awesome....

 

First Movie- Optimus vs Megatron was great too.
