Saw them at the TRU in Bailey's Crossroads in Alexandria, VA today. Didn't pick it up though.
Is this the Scalextric one?
Yep, posted pics of my sighting yesterday:
Good to see you guys got it. Wasn't sure if it would make it over there, with Scalextric being a British company who don't sell much beyond the domestic market.
Cool. Probably see it at toys r us. It's really the only toy store I know of that even carries slot cars.
I've really been waiting for this one. Better than zip zaps.
Now I remember that I saw that weeks ago and it didn't occur to me to mention anything. Costs more than I want to put down on it though.
Grabbed it today - glad to see it coming out, considering the marketing guys on the Hasbro tour flat out said we weren't getting it in the US! Plans change, I suppose.
Looks like a waste of money to me....what exactly is it?
TRU in Greenwood, Indiana has it. Was so excited. Then I looked at it. BORING. Cars are pathetic. From what I remember, all you got were the two shitsey cars and 10 feet of track. Thats it. For $60.
Scalextric is 1/32nd scale, right?
yeah i will pass on this one save my pennies for ultimate bb
Gee whiz, and I just got upgrades for my Xmods Bumblebee today. Oh well.
pass pass pass
neat but for $60 I can get some other stuff I want more.
I saw it and picked it up. It's an interesting oddity. Expensive, but interesting.
