My ex used to scream at the top of her lungs in the middle of the night on occasion. That, of course, would wake me up, or I was not quite asleep yet. She never attacked me, but there is something very unerving hearing someone you care about scream as if they are in a horror movie, AND in otherwise complete silence, AND in the dark, AND while being startled awake.

 

Now I know what I want for xmas!

As for the crazy sleep stuff in this thread, sure makes you wonder what they ate/smoked/drank/injected before going to bed!
