Depends on which mode you're talking about; Arcee is larger in robot mode than she should be based on her alt. A Legion motorcycle is too big if compared to a Deluxe truck, but I think Arcee's robot mode would be close in scale with Deluxe Optimus'. Er, if anyone can help with pics that be greatly appreciated.
The mass-shifting that happens with Arcee screws up the scale of the toys. I think Arcee's(legion-class) robot mode is scaled with deluxe OP's robot mode, and her alt-mode is in scale with FE/PRiD OP's alt-mode. It's an estimate, based on pics I've already seen.
I don't have the delux Optimus but I do have the FE Optimus and PRID Arcee. Those robot modes are very close to scale from the show. For vehicle mode, I picked up a Cyberverse Arcee. That Optimus/Arcee combo in vehicle mode scales well as well. Let's see, in terms of robot mode scale; according to the official scale chart, Arcee should come up to Prime's upper hips/lower waist. I don't exactly have the figures to personally compare them but it shouldn't be too hard to figure it out with a quick search through TFW.
Cyberverse Optimus is in scale with Arcee; Deluxe Optimus is too big for cyberverse Arcee. He's not that much bigger than her.
