Customs: Help:How do I repaint 20th Optimus?

    You mean those pics in the first post are the finished product?

    I don't know what you were trying to do, but unless you were going for a weathered/damaged look, it looks bad. The paint is very uneven and you can see brushmarks all over it.

    DO NOT use brushes on a figure this big...spray all the way.

    if you can't paint it right, just turn it into maximus prime(Yes onesock, i'm insane)

    i have a full set of chromed pieces from the original release (both grills, smokestacks, oil thanks, etc) for sale (plus the torso and legs without feet or tights) if youre interested :)

    no this is not the finish product? I was using enamel paint that is also my problem they dry very fast.

    Also what was that website dedicate to tf customs?

    Even when I unscrew all the parts some parts are still together and I don't want to break it.

    www.tfmaster.com is probably the one you're thinking of.

    If the parts you're trying to paint are the same colour, then it's probably not a huge deal. Otherwise, use masking tape to seal off all the areas that you don't want painted.
