Hey guys, just wanted to share up a commission I've been working on for a friend here on the forums (deaculpa). Been working on these on and off for a while now (since mid-last year), but had to shelve them due to a death in the family which caused a move (insane amount of packing and moving). Anyway, these guys are still a WIP, with Onslaught being DONE already. I just need to hit a few areas between Brawl and Vortex. I have tons of WIP photos on these, but I'll just stick to the most recent updates here. I'll share up the early WIP photos soon so you can see how these were built up.

Thanks guys! And yes, Dave, you were right! (already been asked a few times now). lol

I have no skill in casting (I also don't have the materials), so for now, these won't be cast.

(thanks for the comments about our loss--it's been just over a year now since we lost my fiancee's father and it's still hard on her and her mom----thank you for the kind words)

I, too, am sorry about your loss, and also commend you on your abilities. I love those heads, and wish I could do something of that calibur. Just simply amazing (and I want them, like all the others here).

    Sorry about your loss, friend.

The heads on those make what we're originally, meh molds (unless combined with the fp kits for Bruticus) look damn near flawless. Great work!

    Awesome work, man :thumb

You may not feel confident to cast, but members here like Darkov certainly can, especially if the interest is high enough to make a run.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the kind words on our loss and on my custom heads here.

Bryce, can't wait to see 'em, man.

As for those interested in casts of these.......as I mentioned, I don't have the materials or know-how just yet to do them myself. I am open for commissions and I'd be interested in building heads like these onto your current ROTF/Energon heads. If you're interested, hit me via PM (if PM's are full, hit me with a visitor message) and we can discuss them! (or discuss any other heads you may have in mind).

Been meaning to get these pics up since July, but got swamped, dealt with a couple of birthdays (mine included), and just never got around to it.

I completely re-did the Brawl head (still need to sand/shave a few areas). I liked the original take I did on it, but it seemed more toon-style and lacking on the details. I needed to add a bit to the top/sides of the helmet, but once I did, it just didn't flow right. So I hit the references on Brawl and decided to scrap most of the work and start fresh. I hope you guys like where I took this one. In my opinion, it looks 100% better than the original take.

Still doing some modding to the Vortex head, but Onslaught is done (though I may add some very minor detailing). Once the heads are done, I'll be painting these bad boys up and I'll update on that here also.

Very impressive work man. Good job. I really want recasted heads for Onslaught and Brawl. If there's anyway you can let somone to cast these for sale, I'd defo fork up some cash for them.

I may be retty good at painting, but I SUCK at sculpting or making anything with sheet styrene unfortunately...

Keep us posted on whether you can get these casted ot not. I'd lve to take a set off your hands if you did

Oh, and my condolences too on your family's loss. It's never easy to lose someone
