Paydirt! Target in Cedar Hill had new alternators. I snagged Mirage, but there are still an Optimus, Tracks, and Meister there. Also saw stocks of newish Cybertron figures, SW transformers and the like.
the Target at the Forum in Schertz had 2 Meisters 1 Tracks & 1 Camshaft still no Prime or Mirage but based on that at least they finally put some out
LOC Figures at Freds here in Etex,they had Scourge,Evac,Vector Prime,Soundwave, Leobreaker,and Jetfire,not sure what wave these are. Walmart also got in Cyb. Menasor,Jetfire repaint,and long overly due Wingsaber,how long has it been out, a year now?.Finally they had the Unicron Deluxe Wave in. They had 2 of him,picked one up,left the other.One of the best TF's.
Someone has been going around the DFW area and refunding back Alternators with Cybertron deluxe toys in them. At 1 walmart I saw a Mirage box with Cannonball replaced inside, and at a Target I saw a Camshaft box with Hot Shot placed inside. Boy I am pissed!
What an @$$hole! I hope this guy gets caught! And how come the guy who took these in didn't realize? It's not like they fit in the bubble perfectly. WTF?
I too have noticed this in many of the stores in DFW area. I am keeping my eye out cause I see these alternators that are all messed up. I have seen Mirages Meisters, and Camshafts with cybertron figures or even opened up and returned damaged sitting on the shelves. I am always out searching and knowing a few Hasbro Reps I am on the hut for this person that is not just ripping off Hasbro but is also ripping off us collectors from being able to get the figures we need. It really bummed me out not to long ago when I was looking Camshaft and the first one I find is a Camshaft with a Hot Shot in it. You know what screw it Karma will come around full fold. Remember in some counrties they do this to people that are dishonest...
I did a round of the Wal-Marts in the Austin area... hit pretty much all of them. I-35/Ben White, I-35/183, I-35/Parmer, I-35/Louis Henna(Round Rock), 620/183. Found at least one Alt Meister at almost every one of them... 620/183 had 3 of them. Other than that, nothing, except Skids, and a couple of Tracks. Also, I read something about Galaxy Force Optimus Prime having just come out, I saw him at one of those north W-Ms. I forget which, since I wasn't aware of him being a new figure. I'm really only into the Alts, but I took a look at him. I want to say he was at the I-35/183 one. Hope this helps a little bit for anyone looking for him.
At the Lakeline/183 Target in North Austin they had some newer Titaniums such as the Ark, G1 Optimus, as well as the Beast Wars 10th Anniversary Optimus Primal and Megatron. They also had one Unicron Deluxe there.
I was looking for menasor, galvatron and galaxy force optimus prime. Is menasor still at the TRU today? What walmart was the GFoptimus seen at?
I'm sure there are some stores out there, who haven't received any of the new TFs, with Galvatrons on the shelves. But if the stores in your area are getting the newer stuff in already, it will probably be really hard to find him, as Galaxy Force Optimus Prime and Metroplex will be the two Leader Class toys on the shelves.
I saw at least 1 Galvatron while I was going around the other day, I forget which Wal-Mart I was at, though.
the Wal-mart in San Marcos had a Mirage last night the Wal-mart at 3009 and I35 in Garden Ridge had yellow scrapmetals and gts Breakdowns and in non tf all of the Wal-marts seem to have broken out backstocked Sentinel series marvel legends so anyone still looking for that or parts for that they're all there
Found Alt. Mirage and Prime at the 183/I-35 Walmart. I put them both under the Meisters and Tracks. Also spotted a GF Optimus Prime.
