Hey, I just watched the review. He says at the start that this is a pre production sample, so maybe the finish of the final product will be different? Also what are there spare chimneys for? I don't get it...

2 pairs of smoke stacks, thin and phat. The big ones can adjust in height. Just visual options :thumbs2:

I think it looks more natural. You can't lift your leg that way, can you? But yes they are robots...

Ok, that's what I understood but I wasn't sure and thought I might have missed something. Thanks for clearing that up!

Regular humans can do the splits.

That said, it's not the end of the world. Just kind of a strange decision/oversight. The figure is still amazing.

Well he's looking pretty great to me and is just so impressive they're doing this with Legends. MS' matte look to their figures may not be as eye-catching as a fully painted figure but I still find it appealing in hand.

Looks pretty nice, but I’m nervous about being a Magic Square early adopter these days. Seems inevitable that they’ll release some improved version of the mold like six months later. I might just gamble on that and make do with the v1 for now.

Haha! It’s possible! But I feel like I’ve lost on so many other MS figures by getting the first version…

(I dunno, still might bite on this one.)

Sure, I was picturing the full split by the side skirt leg articulation rather than the back skirt leg one but I don't really know how it works.

I feel pretty much the same except i don't have a V1 and i don't want the NA release (got their Magnus and Nemesis)

Also I have the metallic version of their megs... On the other hand i have it fully paid on Showz's and i know how hard and expensive is to go after a original release from MS.

    For sure.
I don't like the high gloss/metallic NA über paint on hard plastic, give me the toon look instead, but everyone's got a different taste

This first v2 release will be worth a pretty penny when it's sold out, just like v1 first release. If you don't like this release you could always sell at a profit later on :D

Love how his blast looks like cotton candy.

got me thinking so I did rather inneficient search for the v1s tha came out
    D
I saw shattered glass, white, ghostbusters, metallic, gold…what’d I miss? Did they release a version of red/original OP without the trailer? Matte and chrome Megs both came with all the accessories, did the “chest hair” version also come with the stock and all the accessories?
Ultimately, I’m guessing the chance you get a red op without a trailer.

They never improve the mold within the same model, just the paint applications with dozens of recolors. The first version and the last are the best (usually). The first one will have more quality on the finishes (the mold is fresh and new in the line of manufacture) but the last one will probably have the best paint work (or clear windows).

TFSafari has it for USD $105. Haven't looked elsewhere, but I can't imagine it'll be much cheaper.
