Ever since we had the episode where the season 3 G1 cast were humans, it has been part of TF lore.

It is neat to see what artists feel a TF would look like as a human. I think this cast would look great with human forms... Hell we will probably see official ones if the plots are recycled and someone turns them human.

I can write the episode:

*Bulkhead plays with sari and wishes he was human
*Weird scientist has a way to turn TFs human, Villan uses it against autobots
*Autobots overcome bad situations while human
*Bulkhead likes his robot form again

Ta-daaaaaaaaaaaa!

Grimlock I'd say is a Hugo. Not that Neo-hunting, fleshling-hating, overprotective elf, either. I mean this Hugo.

In one of the old, G1 mini-continuities, it's implied all TF names are codenames and that their real names would be unable to be pronounced, comprehended or written down by human means.


Of course, it's also possible that Optimus' real cybertronian name translates into "the best", that bonecrusher's name is "crusher of bones", et cetera.

 

Grimlock is Larry, Snarl is Darrel, and Swoop is Darrel.

Of course, if Snarl and Swoop start talking, I'm gonna hafta find new names for 'em.

 

Optimus Prime is Orion obviously,
or Jack.

 

Yay, Bulkhead is totally Barry.

I see Megatron more of an Arthur, or a George. And dunno why, but instead an obvious name like Gunter or Franz or whatever, i think Clive fits Blitwing well enough.
