YES... I do that too, didn't think of mentioning it.. thank you! It's an important one!

Considering that my credit card was just defrauded and had to change it, luckily the credit card company reimbursed the fraudulent charges (over 800$) that had started just in December (I noticed in mid-January when I did a check on my account) with all sort of small and large charges done to mimic "normal" purchases, so the security protocols missed it, even though.. come on, they were all for "supplements" all from N-Y (but each one used slightly different info). I do prefer any added safety net.

Sadly, I have no clue what site might have caused this as mentioned, I'll always go with Paypal unless there is no other choice (which is only a handful that I buy from) but with everyone getting hacked, it's impossible to know really.

I just placed an order with them the 23rd, and their site still says "awaiting fulfillment." I sent a message to them on their site; we'll see if they reply. if not, I'm going to dispute the claim with my bank and have them reverse the charge. The last time i dealt with TF Kingdom, they came through; they had better not burn me or they will never get my business again...

I would just put in the claim now. It's what I did, literally like 15 minutes after my order on their site, LOL! They've probably got enough flags on them that will just help you speed up the claim.

Since I paid as a guest, I cannot just "put in a claim", but I have contacted Paypal via the email they mailed me my receipt from.

As far as I am concerned now, they are dead to me. And since I cannot afford Reprolabels, I'm just going to do my best to print a paper copy of the labels and glue those on.

Starting to wonder if I should just get out of this hobby... all this money for plastic that will just crack and disintegrate anyways.

Yeah I paid as a guest also, but since it's through Paypal, you can do it on the Paypal web site through your receipt. There's usually a link on it with some text like, "Something wrong with order?"

Hobbies should be fun, so that's up to you, but all hobbies have pros and cons, and realistically the labels are just a small aesthetic thing that's subjective to everyone. You can totally do your own water slides, it's just more elbow grease on one's own end.

I just looked for that, but all I see is their "help center", which directs me to "log into your paypal account".

I'm going to have to call them tomorrow.

As for "do my own waterslides", that's the whole reason I have to order labels: I don't have a functioning printer. I don't have friends nearby (most moved away years ago), and I know no one else who would loan the use of one. The local libraries in my state are all on one system, and their common rule is to not use any paper that is not regular printer paper (too many folks broke their printers using their "own paper", so everyone gets to suffer). My frustration only grows between the price of the collectibles, price for the labels and accessories, shipping, etc.

    I'm not made of money.

Anyways, I appreciate the advice, but at this point, this situation is just raising my blood pressure.

I hear that! I no longer have a printer either, and use the one at work, LOL! Best of luck and hope it resolves quickly for you!

BTW I looked up my Paypal statement with them, that got refunded and circled the section I used to file a dispute.

Okay...after hunting down their phone number and being on hold for 2 hours, I finally managed to get through and give them the transaction number and amount. We'll see what they do from there.

Really unfortunate they've stopped working, there's lots of stuff from them I wanted.

Yeah, same here. It's a real disappointment.

Well, Paypal created a case for me and is waiting for TF Kingdom to try to work it out with me. I asked them how long I should wait; we'll see what happens... But in the future, I'm going to strongly recommend folks not use TF Kingdom.

UPDATE: I and Paypal waited the required amount of time. TF Kingdom never replied (no surprise at this point). So, it got escalated, and TF Kingdom had until April 22 to respond to their inquiries into his/her side of the issue.

    Dead silence.

So, as of yesterday, Paypal decided in my favor; also as of yesterday, I am FOREVER done with TF Kingdom. I recommend folks refrain from doing any sort of business with them, as they are not replying to anything.

BTW: they STILL list my order as "awaiting fulfillment". :lol :
