Thanks, but I did when he first came out. Price was the thing that put me off the most, but I liked the figure. Of course, now it seems everything "MP Carbot" is this price point. The fact that I got two at under $190 is not bad. Plus, I'll sell that second one at a decent enough mark-up to take the edge off the one I keep, so that part will likely work itself out.

I was getting ready to take pictures for a sales post/ebay, when I realized there was no tape on the box, so just opened the flap and slid out the tray to take a look, without opening the clamshell around the car/figure.
I was surprised to find a decal sheet inside the box.

 

Looks like Baba's stock will be coming from the second batch. Lame.

 

I really should not have used USPS for this order. Who knows when this guy is coming now.

 

I'm with you on that. I have an order from ShowZ that arrived in the states on 12/8, still no idea when it will get to me. My wife's Christmas gift has been in limbo since 12/4. Now Downbeat is in limbo since last week.

 

Anyone else thinking about trying to combine the original release and this limited to make a perfect version? The Meister on the doors was dumb.

 

Anyone who now owns both the original, plain looking version and the newly released one could put the stickers on the original one.

 

Anyone else get a second sticker sheet that has a bunch of thin lines that look like they wrap around the contours of the vehicle, and have you applied them?

Finally got mine from Robotoybase this morning! Gotta say I'm really impressed with this figure.
Way better in hands than the pictures I've seen around on the net. Suddenly don't feel the need
to customize it so much. Maybe just the gun that I'll paint silver.

Leg transformation is as wonky as everyone said they'd be. Otherwise very fun figure.
Mine came with 2 sticker sheets. One that is the alternate racing stickers and one that are reflective highlights for the car windows' edges.

 

Just got mine and... it's missing a tire. C'mon Maketoys. Trying to support your business and this is what you give me.

I was able to purchase the first version with toy hax stickers applied locally for $60.
Downbeat was the better choice over the Walmart $60 Delorean - Gigawatt, which is quite over priced and cheap looking.

 

Ah, hecking heck hecking heck hecking heck. Mine didn't come with the stickers.

 

Anybody have an idea on a model car tire I can throw on as a replacement? He’ll stay in bot mode. So it doesn’t have to be perfect.

 

And just like that I have an MP Jazz in the collection I can be happy about. MT's quality on this copy has been excellent so far. Everything tabs together well and the paint is neat + clean. The leg transformation was not as bad as I feared either. I'm quite pleased over here.
