Easy fix. Just fill the gap with any loose black hair you may have around the house!

I'm hoping it isn't to bad in hand, and maybe the chest can be angled so it isn't such a big gap?

 

According to step 6 of the instructions, the head assembly can maybe be left pushed out / forward, if the Gorilla head doesn't scream Clearance then. It would, however also result in the head sitting way too far forward out of alignment with the shoulders. I don't think it's possible, due to said Clearance issues, but we will all be ready to try soon.
I didn't like Primal from the beginning anyway. Unnecessarily wrong bicep swivel and this gap had been there from the beginning. Will I buy it? Of course I will! The proportions and beast mode are the best he had yet. It's frustrating, but we know all too well "Hasbro always finds a way to hamper an otherwise perfect figure", am I right?

 

Children love construction equipment, though. Maybe they love firetrucks more but, like... kids fucking love construction. They are all for it. I'm not sure that Grapple shelfwarming can be blamed on his vehicle mode.

 

Nope, it can be blamed on being double packed in a case of three with the more popular character getting the single release.  

 

So as someone who was never into Beast Wars, the Kingdom lineup is very tempting.

Can anyone educate me on what are considered the core lineups? It looks like we're getting the full original Maximal lineup plus a few more (Air Razor, Tigatron, etc.), but only three major Predacons (Megatron, Blackarachnia, Waspinator)? Is the final line going to be less lopsided? Who are the other major Predacons who might get toys here?

We know Scorponok is coming but the 3 major absences (are we still using TITs?) are all predacons so itll be off. Most if not all of the fossils weve seen are all Preds to even the numbers though

 

owch, that gap on primal is ugly, but im fine with it, since hes so good in every other area

that gap on Primal is honestly making me rethink getting him, it's gonna bug me way more than the feet in gorilla mode

 

The gap isn't enough to cancel my preorder on Primal. He still does a lot of great things other then that. Besides I'm sure a 3rd party company will get around doing a kit that can cover that up in the future.

 

It took me a while to realize what the gap even was. Hardly a big deal to me. It’s just a gap in the panels which, given its placement and presence on a primarily black plastic figure, isn’t as egregious as, say, if the gap were visible from the front.

 

Yeah, and the overall sculpt and transformation are still an improvement over the original toy, which is good enough for me (as a toy, the original might still be better, but the gimmicks I find more intrusive as an adult).

 

I think the colors are going to be what makes me not care. It'll most likely blend in in anything but bright bright light.

 

Other than Polar Claw, I see something else in the picture that was not rumored or we know will not be made into a toy.
