crazy, ain't it? if they'd sent a different toy a return would be easy, but they sent something bizarre so now I'd look like a thief. the barcode doesn't even work on their website and the box doesn't have a part number.

I'm waiting for a response from Walmart about how to proceed.

Transformers toys are made from oil products, and Quintessons are quintessential characters.

 

Is it the people that are ordering the allicon that are getting the essential oils haha?

Ok so their WMS must have a mismatch for the item identifier between this item and the allicons. A one off error I would say human error but this is obviously an IT error.

Probably a flat file integration error. It happens. Once had to spend hours fixing data because some bright spark thought that it would be a good idea to put a comma in the description of an item... Then send me a comma delimited file...

Sadly it was a line 20'000 of a 160'000 line file for 300 lines so my usual file coherency checks didn't pick up an issue. I have improved my checks now

LMAO,.I tried but said delivery not possible. Looking over it though it might be a California thing. We have some weird laws here and sometimes stuff can't be shipped here.

 

Darn, yeah probably blocked by Walmart to ship to CA. Well now you know if you really wanted those oils you can just order an Allicon instead to get around that block.

 

If this were a good company that values their employees, I would agree with you. But this is Walmart.

 

Oh wow I thought I was pissed off with my ONE Essential Oils pack. I don't even know how I would have felt opening an entire box full.

Looks like something just did. That ain’t Blaster. I am dumbfounded by the Essential oils screw up. Wow, just wow. Though I am sure if I order Arced I will probably get an RC car.

 

That KO is probably worth twice the Blaster reissue
