Have I missed a chapter of this comic? I mean, OK. It's always a hot mess of barely comprehensive multi-universe crossover strung together by a stupid plot that entirely relies on masterbatory, obscure references and it never makes much sense... but where this chapter starts doesn't seem to be the same place that the Super Megatron chapter ended?

 

That "gold" Fire Convoy is actually yellow, and is based off the old Sam's Club Optimus Prime for the TF Universe line. I hope that means there's a chance there'll be a re-issue of it, but who knows. If they do, I hope they fix the fact that the inner Prime boy has that really weird off color red chest.

The whole comic is full of older figures. I don't think it's any indication that any of them are going to be re-released, just that the artist has them and they were good choices for the given colors.

 

Thoughts on God Neptune, I have King Poseidon and I really do enjoy that set but God Neptune has a color scheme that just turns me off on the set, dark teal with tons of white nylon, silver and gold just doesn't work for me. I would like to see the set get a Universe repaint though, I liked the purple and orange on that set.

 

Already own it and the accompanying Sam's Club Magnus.
And BC Optimus.

A very brief and very dirty translation:

• Primus reveals that the Blue Vanguard only holds part of the Star power, there's 7 colors of power out there.
• Straxus' reveal that their time in the Blue Vanguard was part of a ploy, they've planted a virus in the entire team and order them to kill Star Convoy and everyone else, including each other.
• Blue Big Convoy kills himself to prevent himself from killing Star Convoy
• Straxus declares that they are loyal to "Megatron Omega" and will enact his ambitions.
• Megatron Omega and the Straxus' leave this universe/dimension. Snap Trap is thanked by the people for saving them, Snap Trap wonders if the BWII Seacons were in on this all along.
• It gets convoluted here, but essentially the Star power isn't in a single matrix, but each in the colored universe matrices. Megatron Omega has the blue one (from Blue Big Convoy) and the Silver one (Star Convoys)
• In the White Star, a revived Halfshell attacks the White universe and defeats him, claiming the white matrix.
• In the Green Star, Sea Phantom attacks for the Green universe, the Green Commander wants peace and nature, but knows he won't get it.
• In the Red Star, Sentinel Prime, teacher and veteran commander, prepares, and the Matrix Buster is getting ready.
• Terrormander survives the assault, thanks to his angolmois powerup!
• In the Yellow Star universe, Scylla doesn't want to fight, tossing out a Angolmois powered kiss.
• In the Black Star universe, Deadlock wants to face Coelagon, but Go Prime advises him otherwise, citing a past history and that Coelagon is an effective warrior and great swordsman without a powerup.
• In the Purple Star, Megatron Omega and the Straxus' go to claim the power themselves. Shattered Glass Prime isn't all that confrontational, or bothered by it, he even wonders if Megatron Omega has time to spar with him.
• Back in the regular universe, Primus shows to Star Convoy that the BWII Seacons (Fish corps) are acting.
• Angolmois has the power to shape thought into reality, which is why it's reformatted so many beings in the past (Galvatron, Gigastorm, Starscream, etc.)
• Angolmois is revealed to be the power created by Primacon! He and Primus have contempt for each other.
• The BWII Seacons return, each with their sent matrix and some extra powerups too. They combine.
• God Neptune, the Star Power is theirs!
• The power is theirs, they are a God now!
• Star Convoy is confused. (What else is new?)

 

This looks SO good! I used to own the OG figure back in the day so this kinda triggers my nostalgia.

How is he that much cheaper here than on TT Mall?! That's crazy!
