I got a message from shwi790 saying that he didn't have an item that I ordered, and that he would get it in early April. He asked what would I like to do. The item listing also said "in stock". Have you dealt with this seller before?

I will give them a few more days to see if the tracking updates at all..
Everyone else I would tell them to call both ebay and paypal and tell them that the item listing is incorrect based on the email you received from the seller, just so it is on record if you pursue a refund later. Or, if you really want, use the "report item" link on the item page, ebay will look into the seller and their account

 

First time using him. Feedback was limited, but mostly good, and other buyers had commented here on good recent experiences at the time. Gonna hold out for now since it was a cheaper item at an even cheaper price; kinda figure it wouldn't even be worth the effort of a scam even if the seller was a scammer in my case.

I recommend calling a live agent at paypal. It is faster. Check the very first post for instructions.

I hope shxfg_bo7766_0 hasn't gone rouge. I ordered IT Megatron from him with no issues but in the past week his feedback has gone from 99.2 - 98.3, with 8 negative feedbacks in the last week or two. I really don't feel like going through the PayPal claim stuff for the 3rd time this year. What is with these sellers? Do they just get tired of doing things "the right way" then figure it's easier to just scam people or what? This was the 2nd time I tried to buy 3rd party Bonecrusher.

Yesterday I contacted Orangeconnex (Speedpak) to verify the delivery address of an order from moxingd_80. The address is completely false. I bought a Megatron IT01 about a week ago. I will contact eBay to send this information.

 

I think I may take them up on the offer of a refund! And see if it actually happens  

 

Contact paypal with your proof as eBay are near useless in many regards, I think now is the time to declare the seller moxingd_80 an official no go area. The tale tell signs were apparent weeks ago ie dramatic price drops, if it's too good to be true and all that jazz.

 

Shouldn't it be "and all that Meister"?  

 

I just did the same and it was for new york and im in NC so i just emailed him and told him this and told him to refund me. Lets see if he even replies.
