SEVEN WEEKS is an absolutely unreasonable time to not even acknowledge the order especially since the credit card company only gives you EIGHT WEEKS to cancel the transaction. How long do you think this guy needs, until just after I no longer have any recourse? I haven't received any reply from him at all, yet you are arrogantly accusing me? What is wrong with you? He's added new stuff to his store multiple times while I've been waiting so he clearly has time to scam others. He's got time, just not to respond to me. I am genuinely busy and I would never ignore a customer this long.

Since I notified him I would be contacting the credit card company still nothing. Apparently he would prefer to get a bad rap from the credit card company.

 

Got a reply today and refund posted to my credit card.

After 45 days it was finally time to let me know that his site had a stock error.

Fuck this guy.

 

Bought a Lynxmaster last week. Still waiting on my order to ship. No updates and I messaged a day ago. Maybe I should of bought it from TFsource instead.

Do you know James personally? I've got an order for MP Inferno and Grapple that was only waiting on God Bomber to ship. Since everything has been out for a while, I was wondering when I could expect it to ship. I just emailed him, but after searching his site and finding this thread, I'm not too confident I'll get the toys. I decided to search in case he'd closed up shop and I'd just be out all that money. While I think Paypal credit gives 6 months to file a claim, I'm pretty sure I ordered the MPs longer ago than that.

Relax guys, I don't think James is flaking out. Not in light of the new information. I know what it's like to run a fandom based business solo and get behind. I just get scared when there's no communication and the site stops updating and everything sells out. Reminds of the BillsToysandGames fiasco from several years back.
