    In a word: Stunning.

As most people should know this is a copy of Jizaitoys' Wheelie, but improved. I don't have the Jizaitoys one to compare (I've heard some scary things about it) but this one is perfect in pretty much every way. The main good points:

#1. He's big, about the size of a deluxe.

#2. He's HEFTY. He's made up of about 40% diecast parts! Hands, feet, and his entire torso (front and back, the body of the car) is all diecast.

#3. He's well built. I paid $53 shipped for him and he feels like he's worth that much, no problem. Tight joints, rubber tires, feels like a MP. Plastic is very nice, nothing about him feels cheap.

#4. The packaging is awesome. He comes with a couple credit card-type spec cards, a nice sticker sheet, a poster. Beautiful.

    The bad:

#1. No slingshot, but the packaging seems to allude that it will be included with Powerglide (it's pictured), but don't quote me on that. His hands have holes, so it seems obviously planned.

#2. Since there's so much diecast, he's prone to paint chipping. No major ones so far, but I've noticed a couple tiny ones.

#3. This may bug some more than others, but his hip articulation is somewhat hampered. It looks like it could be improved with some careful plastic shaving to allow parts to slip by each other. Also, his shoulder articulation is pretty bad - think MP Grimlock.

All in all, this is MP Wheelie (the silliness of such a thing is not lost on me), and I'm blown away. I'll try to get some more pics after work.

GO GET ONE FROM THIS SELLER. TransFormers Wheelie For Sale I've ordered from him before, he's quick to ship and trustworthy. Do not fear the ioffer.

Is it the one that's actually made by X-Transbots or is it made by Headrobots?

That review is going to cause much happiness and relief I think. Can't wait to get mine.

Good to hear. Might have to order one of my own; The price sounds really good.

Can we get a pic of him with the other TFTM Autobots? (Kup, Blurr, Hot Rod, etc)

Maybe a review with pics will help this story get front page news status so more people will know about this guy.

Neither. The Xtransbots version is going to be a direct copy of jizai toys and will not be upscaled. Headrobots isnt making a wheelie as far as I know.

The Slingshot is coming with powerglide due to a molding issue.

Some quick cell pics attached. Should help show the scale and articulation.

Nice! I'm glad with my purchase. It will go perfect with my MP Grimlock

My confusion must be coming from the fact that the diecast one is being sold by a guy named headrobot, then. So then this is not, in proper terms, an X-Transbots Wheelie, but one made by someone else?

I have to say, it's awfully tempting to get one to go with my MP Grim. A picture of him on top of a dinomode grimlock would not be unwelcome :)

EDIT: Goodness, that's a great deal larger than I would have expected. Not bad at all.

Would it be fair to call Wheelie the Jar-Jar Binks of Transformers? ;)

Wondering why someone would put effort into this character.

Uhh, no. Before the Skids and Mudflap hit the scene, Wheelie was the transformers answer to Jar Jar Binks.

I think the shitty G1 toy did more to ruin his image than anything else. This redeems him for me quite a lot.

Damn. This thing looks amazing. He's just too big. Even for the MP line. Ugh... What to do what to do..

Personally I've liked him since I first saw the movie. He was part of the rag-tag autobots that made that movie for me. And his design is actually kinda neat. Always made me think of an alien remote control car. Cant wait to get him :D

Not a bad looking figure only problem is just that it's wheelie. There is nothing about wheelie as a character that feels like hes worth a 3rd party figure investment. Will stick with the legends till hasbro does a scout sized one

To be honest, I've always thought the same about the Insecticons. Never liked the toys or the characters. Bought them anyway. :)

Wheelie was pretty fun in the movie, as a fearless wild-boy scrapper, with a mean slingshot and a biting sense of humour. And there, he actually wasn't around all that much to outstay his welcome.

I think it's moreso due to his use in Season 3, where he's paired up with Daniel, and thus vastly over-exposed.

I wasn't interested in Wheelie, but I am thinking of Powerglide, and I think I'll bite if Wheelie is a good indication of the quality. Thanx for the review!
