Apologies if a thread has already been posted for this, but I could not find one. If it has, then please delete this mods.

Anyway, today I got Transformers Adventure Nemesis Prime and figured it would be worth doing a review of it.

This is my first RID figure, and the mold has not really sold me on the line. I love the idea of the all ine one trailer, and even the design, but there are things with this mold at this size that I am not struck on.

Such as the robot legs just being so visible, the daft Decepticon symbol (it looks like he has surrounded it with a chain of colourful flowers), the axe looking like he is transporting a Shark tank, or the mad hand gauntlets.

But the paint job really raises it up and he does look superb.

QC is fine, everything locks together fine and paint is applied nicely.

It is just a mold with so much potential if they had just gone an extra mile in a couple of areas - not even anything major.
Also, it feels really small, but for a deluxe it is not short, just very thin. As a truck it feels small at this scale.

Thanks for the review! That last pic is epic.

He looks nice, but the mold is just so small I can't get behind it. Its a shame, because size is really my only problem with in, I love the general aesthetic of the figure.

got him the other day. while the deco is nice i think the figure its self is terrible. it is like transforming a legends class figure.

    Thanks mate :)

In the end, I think that is where I fell too. I love the design, the aesthetic and the colours, but it just feels really small and you could a few cut backs to fit it into this size scale.

Still cool though, but it could have been great

I'm doing deluxe scale commanders for my legends troops right now, so this Nemesis Prime will be perfect for my legends scale Decepticon troops. I actually like the simple articulation and transformation, and I'm really happy that he and FOC have completely different alt modes, but in robot mode they fit size-wise extremely well.

Can't wait for mine to arrive. ^_^
