I think that'll be the case. It looks like the top/front of the weapon mode flips down into a peg and the Knockout mold already has two holes in his back. Also looks like the blades swing up and down on that hinge so you can tilt them just right. How good the whole thing will wind up looking remains to be seen.

I want all of these, but I want hasbro to make cheaper (in the case of the voyagers) or better (in the case of smokescreen) versions more.

Still kind of lame, if you ask me. It's a great idea but so poorly executed that I don't get all the fuss. Head sculpt is nice but that's about it. The lack of accurate colours or damage effects is very disappointing to me. I hope the final product, in hand, is better.

I said I'd buy Silas Breakdown if he included Silas, and he technically does. I really like that mould, so I feel obligated to buy this, just because of all the extra little details. Whether or not I'll actually buy it, though.... I'm not sure. It does look gorgeous, though.

As for Smokescreen, I'm still amazed at how drastically they changed the look of Knockout to suit Smokescreen, even though (apart from the head), they're the exact same mould. I didn't think they could do it, but they did it. It looks very impressive, and I might just have to buy it. I do hope for an original Smokescreen mould, though, but at least Knockout has those moveable chest/shoulder pieces, which can be lowered for a more Smokescreen-accurate look.

Nemesis Prime is a tough one. I REALLY like that Micron. It's a great idea, and I want one. Make that two. But I already have that mould. I like the look of the paint on Nemesis Prime, though, so if Takara doesn't cheapen out on this one and it actually looks that nice.... I'm gonna have to buy it.

That Silas Breakdown is the one toy that I woulda bought if they hadn't totally blown the script for that episode. I'm very anxious to see what the customizations will look like

That made me think a lot of Harrison Bergeron. Maybe it's the whole "clown nose" thing and the wires 'n' shit. Or the vodka is getting to me, I don't know.

Anyways, I really like Silas Breakdown and Nemesis Prime. Smokescreen is a bumbling fail bag of suck, but at least they kinda tried. And what IS Nemesis Prime's Micron meant to be?

    I'm SO torn, still.

I want to see the bios.

There's no logical reason for me to display both Breakdown and Silas. Also Nemesis Prime isn't really a "character" UNLESS his bio is awesome and tells an untold part of the story....

What to do... what to do...

    Wow, Silas Breakdown is nifty.

However, I'm a Black Convoy/Nemesis Prime collector. I have 2+ shelves of them on display. That Nemesis Prime figure does absolutely nothing for me; I've cancelled my pre-order.

So, that's a pretty big switchup for me.

I'm having the same problem. I'm thinking about making a third Prime Shelf for "undeads." Nemesis, CyLAS, TerrorCliff, TerrorBee, Zombie Skyquake (if one is ever released) and Unicron. On the other hand that's at least $300 right there for a shelf full of black and purple repaints. And Unicron.

I do think both Nemesis and CyLAS will show up again in the show though. The government made a pretty big deal about still having Nemesis's body and we never saw what Knockout did to CyLAS but I would think they'd say if they killed him. And honestly I haven't totally given up the idea of a US release for either one next year (perhaps with a different mold for Breakdown if the Japanese version remains too expensive to mass-produce at our price point- the stated reason for not importing the mold this year).

I'd be pretty surprised if Beast Hunters completely disowns the original Prime Aesthetic. I think the "cars with spiky bits" are just ways to keep the old molds available to kids who still want the main characters. Obviously the spikes haven't infected the Cyberverse toys... we could still get some regular cars and jets in the main line.

Wow they actually molded Silas in there. Too bad it wasn't painted. I still wish Tak-Tomy Used paint for these because I would totally buy that in a jiffy.

A zombie/terrorcon Skyquake would probably come in black. The Dreadwing mold would look pretty slick in black.

As for Silas in Breakdown's chest, glad they made the effort of molding him in there along with the bonus grill. Maybe it's just the angle or lighting or the fact he's unpainted, by Silas seems to have quite a bulbous nose thar. XD

Cylas Breakdown - Great idea implemented on the TV show in a pathetic throw away fashion that not only ruined most of the point of the 1st season in retrospect it dishonoured Breakdown every bit as much as Starscream by turning Skyquake into a Zombie. and at least Starscream had valid reasons for that. Megatron's reasons were capricious foolish and ultimately self defeating. And I suppose that the US military has Nemesis Prime fully functional and intact in their custody will never get mentioned again just as that were's all Flea's on Unicron's back is pretty much a non-issue too.

I blame cartoon ideology that prevents them treating villans like people and with any respect - at least it's not got quite as much blood thirstyness as Transformers Animated yet - that show was like slow motion genocide some times and far to Movie like in it's wilful desire for callous murder of Cybertronians.

However the end result of all this disappointment is I now just watch Prime in the same way I watch Beast machines WITH A HUGE PINCH OF SALT and I'l make my own little more sensible toy universe based on the Hasbro bios and the use of some commons sense that the TV show lacks.

I suppose now we are in a new Beasties (Or RID) era I suppose it's to much to hope any of those plot strands will get much redress before the show gets killed off even if it does manage to scrape through to a 4th season.

Considering how very few toys they have made for Prime they could easily make it last 4 years as if they started again we'd have the same darn problem again they'd make the usual suspects precious little besides and then the line would be killed and it would be the same darn bunch in the Movies and Prime no doubt.

The only advantage of yet another Bumblebee is maybe they might actually grow enough guts to get him to not beep or not be a scatty fool like in TF Animated. We are already getting a revised Bumblebee in his "Yellow arrow" form and I suppose most of the cast will either be pointlessly killed off or never get their own spiked up body before the whole milleu is destroyed. leaving us with an incomplete season 1/2 cast and an incomplete or underdeveloped season 3 cast and that make me make a sad face.

We shall see as per Hasbro will issue Smokescreen as it may be the case like Jet Vehicon, only exclusive to Arm Micron series only.
