So, I'm somewhat nervous about pushing pins out, but I've seen people discuss these. Any recommendations or suggestions for an auto center punch? Size? Links? Any info provided will be awesome!

    Thanks!

You can push pins out with an Auto Center Punch? Wouldn't that dull the tip almost instantly?
I just use a set of craftmans punch to pull my pins with. Use a socket on the reverse side and line it up. Then hit it with a hammer.
Used the shop press one time... Crushed the figure. Don't do that. =)

Not with a decent punch. I have a few spring loaded ones and the tips are fine. They're great for getting stubborn pins started so you can hammer them out without the tool slipping.

I really have no idea where I got my spring punch, it seems like I've had it forever. It could have been a cheap punch from Harbor Freight or Northern Tool. I haven't seen much selection on sizes, if I were starting out fresh I would try to find the smallest possible. I only use them for starting the pin, because if they slip as they spring they can tear up the plastic around the hole.

    Just noticed this, thanks Cax6ton!

And I'd just use it to start it too. Appreciate the info!
