I'm sure this has been discussed, but what are the differences between this release, and the Rhino release?
Is this in widescreen? 7.1?
Interviews and art are nice, but IMO, not worth paying again for something I already own.
Hosta
As per usual…..the UK won't get this till about 10 years from now!!!!!!!!

Store exclusive? This sucks. I will have a hard time buying it

By the way, in case anybody's considering the pre-order, here are the Shout! Factory shipping costs as I'm messing around on their checkout page:
Standard $6.49 ($56.48 shipped)
Expedited $14.99 ($64.98 shipped)
Overnight $19.99 ($69.98 shipped)
Also, they accept Paypal payments for those concerned with entering/storing credit cards online.
OhSlag!
I am definately in need of a hook up, and there should be a sticky.

Looks amazing…but I was really hoping for some commentaries on key episodes, like they do on the madman sets.
ButtZilla
yeeeeeessss….Definitely on my list!
TFormerfan
Yes please beast wars is my favorite series in Transformers and I HAVE to get this so if anyone could hook me up with The Full DVD box set it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm willing to help out one person north of the border (only one, as other people can help with this too and I don't want to consume all of my time with it). PM me for details if interested.
***Update: I have done my part and helped out one international fan. Some of you other guys step up and help someone out! I have made lasting friendships on here by helping a fan in need! It will take up very little time from any of us if we will spread out the task of helping our TFW brothers.***

Well, so much for getting the complete set. Guess I'll just settle for the individual season box sets, that is if they will actually be sold in retail stores such as Target like they did with the individual G1 season box sets.
xanthax
Less than a month and that full set is mine. Great price too!
Girl Pants
Yeah, the language laws are what caused them to cut the DVDs (but not the price, lol) on the BW Anniversary toys, if I remember right.
It'd be awesome if some US bros would middleman the set to us Canadians. I haven't been on these boards long enough to know where to set it up, but I would totally buy one that way rather than try eBay or something.
Batman
The complete set is a great price, I think I paid almost that just for the Rhino season 1 set.
Too bad they can't ship that to Canada, I think it has something to do with the comic book and our stupid language laws.
G1Wheeljack
Not happy how the complete set is online exclusive, though I really do only need Season 1 to complete Beast Wars on DVD.
Lbsammills51
I really hope the box set pops up on Amazon later. I can wait a couple months to get it through them, like with the G1 set.
changepas39
Beast Wars was my first introduction to the Transformer world. My how time flies by.
I am so buying the Complete Series Set for $49.99. I think that is an awesome price!
SPLIT LIP
That'd actually be a good idea, sorta like the Animated Rodimus/Ironhide.
LemonPrime
I was really hoping to see the complete series available on Amazon, but it's looking like it'll be a Shout exclusive at least for now. Didn't the Matrix of Leadership set end up available on Amazon and some retailers a few months later? Maybe they're doing the same thing here.
As for our Canadian friends, maybe there should be a stickied thread in Junkions where people in the US can help hook them up.
420bot
That complete set looks so awesome.
