The online servers for monster hunter tri have been shut down as of May 1, 2013. if you are a fan please vote to have some servers reopened.

Yes go for ultimate.

I bought a Wii U just to get G sized monsters.

ps. So gamer people also present online petitions? Interesting. Must be the same exact peeps at thetoy section.

MH fans isn't as big as you think. just look at how MH games ALWAYS end up in the bargain bin. A lot of people are turned off by the difficulty and blame on the controls.  

I've been a fan since the first MH.  

Also if monster hunter suddenly jumped to the stupid box, I'd probably own one by now.

The wife also just ordered the new Zelda 3DS console. We ordered for two games hakouki and of course my fave game of all time.

So that makes four console jumps for this diehard fan.
