Mine seems to suffer from the helmet issue, which I am sure I can fix by shaving down some plastic on the inside:

The head fix takes about 20 seconds.

So, the left side horn (right, if you're looking at him) was rubbing on the turn on one side, and keeping things from going flush once the helmet was pulled over his head. Just shaving a few scrapes with the X-Acto knife across the lower end of that horn completely fixed it. Scrape, don't saw; just rub the blade against the back of the horn (highlighted in the picture) like you're widdling (not sawing); just a few strokes should do it. Of course, might be a different horn for you doing it, so look and see which side isn't getting clearance before you do this:

The side-to-side movement range of motion of the arms is limited compared to the knock-off Lambor's:

The shoulder design for knock-off Alert is different compared to Lambor. The shoulder definitely has a limited range of motion. The TakaraTomy version has more range:

Something is limiting the movement. I had to force it, and then I found some [glue] residue:

Just use an emery board or a nail file. You just need to take some off of the corner where it catches the shoulder/armpit connection.

    Hope this helps.

I easily fixed mine by wedging a sharp X-Acto knife blade from the top, between the shoulder joint just behind the fake wheel. It's a common problem with the knock-offs. They applied too much glue to the false wheel and it bleeds into the shoulder joint.

Just shave some plastic from the peg at the right side of the spoiler. Try to tab the two (2) pieces of the spoiler together while in robot mode so you can have a better view of which part of the peg you should shave off.
