    Adding a nose:


    You'll need a piece of styrene that has a reasonable thickness to it in relation to the face you're building. Here I used a strip of .80:

    Make a rough cut of the nose and glue it into place:

    Shape the nose in any way you like:

    Forehead panel:


    The forehead panel is in three pieces and is intended to cover the upper eyes as well as add some dimension to the face:
