    I just tried the X-Transbots Ollie knee modification, and it works great. My Ollie's standing perfectly now.

    I have a modification of my own for the backpack. Bending the fenders around the arm was making me uncomfortable, but I figured out that if you rotate the rear tire sections out a little, the guide peg snaps off. This lets you use the rotation in the transformation. No more bending:
