I just got two e-mails from K-Mart saying that my orders (from earlier this week) have been canceled. I ordered all the new figures that they claimed were in stock.



Anyone else get this?

 

Is that REALLY a surprise?

 

Are places supposed to cancel orders with a warning?

Email #1: "We are going to cancel your order."

Email #2: "We have cancelled your order."

 

Seconded. Not to sound like a douche, but red flags should have went up when K-Mart has a bunch of stuff before anyone else. At least you got your money back. Lesson here is to not buy from K-Mart

 

I still haven't received an email that my Items have shipped nor cancelled. I did the real time chat on Tuesday and they said my order had shipped and would be arriving on Thurday. So can't wait to see what awaits me when I get home tonight. Pics will be posted!

 

Willing to bet they will be of the following: Battle Blades Bumble Bee, Deluxe Ironhide, Sea Attack Ravage, or Jetblade.

 

Sad to say you're going to get home to a big box of disappointment - or more likely nothing at all.

 

With all the bad press that Kmart has had on this site this year, I am surprised people are still risking it. IMO ordering from Kmart is like rolling craps in Vegas.

 

Not everyone stares at toy websites all day long. I wouldn't know K-Mart put things up for sale and then either cancels or sends you what ever they want unless I saw it posted on this site.

 

Did anyone really expect to get anything from K-Mart? When was the last time they were even relevant, 1987?

 

I expect it to be a big box of poo. It's getting returned tonight but its the anticipation of what I'll receive thats going to be comical.

Actually, I think craps in Vegas has better odds then getting what you ordered on K-Mart.com

At this point there really should be a sticky or something warning people about Kmart.com.

 

You can't report them to BBB for that, only if they took your $$ and didn't refund it. As long as you got refunded, then the only thing they are guilty of is making a mistake/being stupid, which again, considering it's K-Mart, is no surprise.
