    This isn't quite news. Toys 'R Us, Wal-Mart, and I think Target have all had or still have these figures on their websites. You won't ever find these things in-store (although Wal-Mart's dubious return policies allowed stuff like reissue Ultra Magnus to end up on shelves), just online. Some retailer, which I can't recall the name, sells these imported TFs through the online stores. It's not unlike the way Amazon.com has third-party sellers.
