Ok, I am not sure if this topic was ever tackled or really didn't really figure what forum this would fall more appropriately under.


If you could choose a Transformer to become a Masterpiece figure...well Who would it be???

In Fact let me ask you a second one...If you could chose one from the TF2007 movie, who would you pick???



For me...well, G1 style....it is hard to decide amungst what they already have/plan to release... But I would probably say somewhere along the lines of, for autobot, either Jazz or Prowl. For decepticon, well, Soundwave would be cool, but also Shockwave would be cool...now here would be an interesting one...BLITZWING!!!!

Now for Movie...Autobot...Jazz, or maybe BumbleBee(but I think Ultimate is similar to MP, but I could be mistaken). Decepticon, Starscream, or even...BONECRUSHER!!!!

Your thoughts?

 

Wait...if I could actually be a MP figure?...wow, I dont think I'd like to be a toy lol kid that bought me would break me or I'd get stuck MISB never to breath H2O ever again.

I'd choose Masterpiece Sixshot (I would be bored with just two modes).

From the movie...

I'd choose Prime just because I still can't figure out his transformation.

For the G1 MP I would like and this is my opinion, an MP Ironhide due to the fact his G1 robot form was kind of awful and I think in this form in MP size he could probably be done with more justice, same with Ratchet.

For the Movie MP I would like to the Decepticons version of Johnny Law, Barricade because he is my absolute favourite from the film and his Deluxe form as well as the other forms he has taken in the movie toys have not done him any justice, however the MP would, I believe.

For the TFM2007 I would chose Frenzy to be a Masterpiece. I mean that would be just plain kickin to have a huge ultra detailed Frenzy toy. For the first question I guess I would pick Fortress Maximus, that guy would be awesome even if fragile as a Masterpiece figure.

 

All of them. Twice. Especially Wheelie.

 

Megatron was the only Masterpiece I thought that would NEVER be made, so I still have hopes for a Masterpiece Arcee and MP Skyfire.

From the 2007 movie, Prime. But since there's some cheating involved in the movie transformations I don't think it'll ever happen. I'd also like to see Barricade and '08 Camaro BB as Binaltechs.

I spoke with the executive director of TakaraTomy yesterday and he said with the already apparent success of MP 08 Grimlock, the next logical choice for a MP figure is quite obvious. Seaspray.
