    Honestly I would because the auto it's need some more help the Dcons already have the inscetacons so they need Them. They were the strongest in G1 until they were replaced by the rest of the characters in G1

    Maybe just Grimlock, the way its going we dont get many Autobots/Decepticons in groups as they appear, one or two at a time is the most.

    Not in the least. There are so many more characters with actual personalities that could be used, or even better, ORIGINAL characters that can be show-specific.

    IF the dinobots ever show up, I demand the Predacons as their opposing Mary-Sue beast-formers.

    Sure, why not? But I'd rather see a couple more regular Autobots first, like Jazz or Prowl. I'd like the Dinobots to come in half-way through season 3 at the earliest, there's no need to throw them in to the show if they're not needed yet (although it is getting a wee bit frustrating that we're 39 episodes in and they've only introduced seven Autobots, six of whom were introduced in the first episode and one of whom is dead). It also wouldn't bother me if they didn't have the full line-up, Grimlock, Sludge and Slag/Slug/Snarl/Norman/Whatever they decide to call the Triceratops Dinobot would do just fine.

    Why does everyone hate the Dinobots all of a sudden? Is it because Michael Bay said they were unrealistic or some garbage? Any time someone brings up the Dinobots now everyone shits themselves in anger with posts like "NOT REALISTIC", "AUTOBOTS NEED SEKRIT COVER", "HURRR MARY SUES", and other shitposts.

    A few years ago most of this fandom would have killed for Dinobots on tv. They were great in Animated, I see no reason they couldn't be great in Prime too, especially considering their new "NOT ******ED CAVEMEN THIS TIME" portrayal in FOC.

    In a delightful irony, this fandom is as likely to transform their views and opinions as the transforming robots are likely to shift between a robot and a vehicle.

    If Insecticons are allowed, then why not Dinobots? People can tolerate gigantic insects, so why not gigantic reptiles?

    I don't think it has ANYTHING to do with Bay or whatever he may have said at some point. It just seems as though when the topic of 'who do you want in Prime' that the Dinobots are mentioned or fawned over. Hell, I like them too, but just don't think they'd fit.
    If they do show up, then I hope the story warrants it. Otherwise, they'll just be fan-wank material.
