Well, does anyone know if the Dinobots will make an appearance on TF Prime? I mean they already show us Insecticons, so why not Dinobots?

I hope the Dinobots will show up on TF Prime.

 

The Insecticons are cool, the Dinobots.. I couldn't take them seriously, ever. Ev-ver. I don't think they're gonna show up.

 

With Fall of Cybertron, Hasbro has made them part of the aligned continuity. It would be hard to believe that they won't appear in Transformers Prime.

 

Please explain to me why in your opinion insecticons are cool but dinobots aren't. As a big fan of both , but particularly of the dinobots I don't guess I see what is uncool about them or why they couldn't be taken seriously.

And on that note I have to say that I don't care for the TFP version of the insecticons.

 

I think there's a very good chance we'll see dinobots and a Decepticon Gestalt for them to fight.

 

They'd be a great addition to the cast and agreat counter for both the Insecticons and Combiners.

After all an insecticon was able to knock Arcee out and could have killed her if it hadn't left to go after Jack. An Insecticon was also able to weaken Megatron to the point that he could barely even stand. With such power levels; the Insecticons would walk all over the autobots unless they get people to level the playing field; IMO.

Hence the Dinobots.

With the reason for the Dinobots already added to the Transformers Bible, I don't think there's a strong reason why they shouldn't be added to the series. But I guess, we can just hope for the best.

And since we are discussing the Dinobots, I think Polygon studios should be inspired by this guy:


This is Bererk's character Guts. The character, just like Grimlock has berserker capabilities, inner demons and a giant sword. If there's any character they can use as inspiration for Grimlock's personality; they may try using Guts.

The character himself seems to show a high level of leadership capabilities and has a personality that seems to attract allies around him. And these are aspects needed for Grimlock; a character who is supposed to be a great leader.

 

Dinobots are unlikely it's hard for me to say that being I'm Gl's #1 fan

 

I'd love to see dinbots but a large robot dinosaur is hard to keep in the shadows. I'd like to see them as a rogue group of bots that work outside of the Autobot ranks. And I don't need to have all the dinobots. Grimlock would be just fine. If they did do the entire group, I'd like to see them finally become a combiner!

We've gotten hints that there is more life out there than just humans and Transformers. We know that the Transformers have ships but that everyone didn't head straight to Earth after leaving Cybertron. Wheeljack seems to hint that every Autobot isn't going to be jumping at Prime's order to stay hidden. Megatron doesn't have an Earth mode and people still don't know the Transformers are here on Earth.

So yea I can't see a good reason why the Dinobots couldn't show up at some point.

Although we need the whole Dinobot team so we can have a shot at getting all the Dinobots in the same toy line. Sure I love Grimlock but that doesn't mean that I want to always be short Sludge just to get Grimlock again.

 

I'd be happy to see some Dinobot-ness show up in TFP.

As long as they're not Wreckers.

 

Whether you like them or not, they've been confirmed by the writers as future characters.

...whats that? Never? How odd. The dinobots could easily live in the base/a separate base and come out and fight in secrecy, even as dinosaurs, just like every other character. The Insecticon is a thirty foot tall BUG and nobody had a problem with him waltzing around.

 

You have produced the mental image of an Insecticon doing the Waltz. Joy to the world!

 

Yeah Dinobots will eventually show up but maybe not till season 3.

 

There is a chance that the Dinobots will show up but we have to be patiant.
If they do show up I doubt they will be regular characters. Most likely they will be recurring characters like Wheeljack or one time characters.

 

I think it's some sort of rule on Transformers Prime that only Autobots in the universe to have not been members of the Wreckers are Arcee, Ratchet, Bumblebee, and Prime.

I'm sure Perceptor will show up one day as a member of the Wreckers.
