I knew it,Swerve is Sideswipes Twin,as months back someone said there were 2 Vettes
when they were filming,and not to mention all the rumors of there being twins minus Skids
& Mudflap.Plus as you can see the lack of the bot mode of Swerve on Walmart.com So
this pretty much explains why they're on there at the same time.Usually they save repaints
for later waves,so why would they have wave 4 or 5 Swerve on there with wave 1
Sideswipe.Voila!!! Second set of twins.

Now I am loving that Blaze Master,if he is in the movie I will just SH** A Brick,he is
AWESOME.

isn't Sideswipe wave 1? i think we are seeing into like waves 4-5-6 here.

i doubt years, probably more like a similar 12 month time frame to how they drug out the first go round. by the time it ends the DVDs will have been out for 6 months, they'll need to be getting on to new media...

not so sure, there was an unconfimed bot getting its arm blown off in the trailer, looked alot like soundwaves face, or blackout, but the body was all wrong

 

I love Bay for what he did to Herp and Derp. I love him long time.

 

Unsure of which to get, either the FAB or Deluxe Jolt. Depends how he is in the movie. And of course better pictures as well.

I think the FAB looks better. The Deluxe's legs look really weird...

 

Nice theory, but I doubt it; Jolt was added into the film at the request of GM, who want to promote the Volt car. Portraying their much-touted hybrid as an insidious traitor who infiltrates your trust only to screw you over kinda sends the wrong message, doesn't it?  

As for the new figure splurge:
Arcee: I'll have to say at this point that the success of the whole bike trio now rests upon the combined mode. If there's a good one, then I'll buy all three, no question; if not, then this'll have to go down under "failed experiment". I don't mind the legless unicycle look, but the fact that they can't even balance without a detachable standpiece is a major, major sore point for me. Judgement reserved.
Ice Cream Twins: AWESOME. Cute concept, executed brilliantly! I normally only buy one toy per character, but in this case I can't rightly pass this OR the Deluxes up, so I'm gonna have to double up. On Herp and Derp. Who'da thunk?  
Blaze Master: Toy-only characters aren't my thing, but it's a nice mould, especially in copter mode.
Dead End: Again, film-accuracy demands that I get the Sideways version of this mould, but that car mode paint scheme is a thing of beauty...
Devastation Blast Long Haul: I love this design so very, very much. Can we see the Deluxe now, please, so I can start coveting in earnest?
Jetfire: It has to be said that this guy hasn't looked fabulous in the pics we've seen, but I'm withholding judgement until I see a video review, because I can see a lot of potential for this in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing. Again, the combination will be key here...
Jolt: Nice car, weird bot. I'd like to see his CG design, or a review, before I bite.
Ravage: Like I said in the other topic, I'll buy this one for kitty mode alone. Great translation of a great design.

Also: do want to see Leader Starscream ASAP. I have reservations about the RotF Voyager, so it'd be super useful if they could just blow the whole debate out of the water with an awesome Leader. Looking forward to it, and a lovely surprise!  

 

i don't think Swerve will Be in the movie... 2 silver vettes on set means that one may be for stunts while the the other is for normal shooting. The likelihood of that is very low.


On response to the thread: The twins are just too odd for me. I wont even get the other 2 deluxes. That helicopter looks ok, although might not pick it up. Arcee, meh. Dead end a maybe. I like the look of Sideways but this one has paint. i may switch the arm with the blade(not the wheel cuz it has red on it, and its painted on sideways) (and they will match the torso) and then switch the panels on the side of the arms to not have mismatched parts in vehicle. Jet fire is a Must, along w/ Optimus. A correctly Tf'd jolt would be nice. The vehicle of it looks spectacular.

I wont pick up swerve b/c i have the Aveo, and movie sideswipe wont be a sideswipe. he'll be my new jazz or something. Uni sideswipe will be my official sideswipe. (i mix classics/uni w/ movie and alternity).

I suppose the most appealing would have to be Dead End. If i can switch and swap... That would make the best sideswipe, and D.E would make another figure in the collection.

 

All I can say is, good job Hasbro. These figures look great. "Dead End" is a waste of time though, looks JUST like Sideways. But I am really excited for this line for sure.
